We currently collect and process the following information:

• Dogs you own, breeds and any medical information regarding the dog.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To allow us to schedule and book grooming appointments, and contact you with appointment reminders and sometimes offers (you can opt out of marketing emails)

• To allow us to take credit and debit transactions, meaning we can do identity checks if making transactions over the phone

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• ToplineDogs.co.uk (which we use for our online booking service and customer data retention for purpose of appointments) this is the data you enter during online registrations and appointment booking

• https://lopay.com (our credit and debit transactions provider)

We may share this information with a veterinarian in case of emergency with regards to your pet.
